Born and raised in Miami, Daniel Sanchez has spent his life building from the ground up literally. His journey in residential construction began at just 19 years old when he worked as a Superintendent for a general contractor. There, he learned the ins and outs of managing crews, schedules, and complex projects. Driven by a deep passion for the craft, Daniel earned his Residential Contractor License at 29, allowing him to take on more responsibility and deliver complete residential build-outs with precision and care. A few years later, his dedication and experience led him to achieve his Certified General Contractor (CGC) license at 34, which expanded his expertise into large-scale residential and commercial building projects across South Florida. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, Daniel continues to push the standards of construction excellence. His work reflects not only years of hands-on experience but also a genuine pride in helping clients turn their visions into lasting structures.

I’m Aixa Amador, Operations Manager at Dream Builders, where we specialize in both commercial building projects and residential construction. I handle the day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and communication to help keep our projects running efficiently. As a family-run business, we all have our roles—my husband, a licensed general contractor, leads the construction side, and I make sure everything stays on track behind the scenes. We're proud to build with purpose and work as a team every step of the way.
